Return Policy

Lilylaced.com strives to provide our customers the best service and shopping experience. We value our customers and are happy to accept authorized returns if you are not satisfied with your order.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return merchandise (If your order is partially delivered, 14 day term will begin when you receive the last item in your order). Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. We do not accept returns sent after 7 days. We suggest you return the items using registered mail to avoid lost packages. Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached and the original packaging included. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items. Lilylaced.com is unable to reimburse return shipping fee, original shipping fee, handling fee or customs fees.

How To Make A Return

Please email info@lilylaced.com to request a return.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return merchandise. Requests past 14 days will automatically rejected.

Return Authorization:

If your return is accepted, customer will provide the return shipping label and package the items to our address provided through email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. We do not accept returns sent after 7 days.

Please allow 3 business days for your return to be authorized. If you do not receive an authorization email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.

*Return authorization is unavailable for requests made 14 days after delivery date.

**We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable, repeated or excessive return requests.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Identification Tag

All products include an identification tag attached and packed in a plastic bag, which constitutes an integral part of the product. Please try on the products without removing the tag or seal. Products returned without the tag and seal will not be accepted. All products MUST be returned in its original plastic bags packed individually.

Oversize Box

Lilylaced.com reserves the right to charge extra fee when returns are made with unnecessary oversize box. Additional fee will be determined upon delivery and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Excessive/Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your future orders being refused.
Lilylaced reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.

Shipping and Customs Fee Exchange/Replace:

We do not reimburse original shipping fee or customs fees. If any customs fee is due upon receipt of your return package, we will deduct the amount from your refund. 

Exchange/Replace:

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

 Third Party Orders

We are not responsible and do not warrant the product descriptions or other content suggested by third parties. We have no legal responsibility on products sold by third parties without our permission and our explicit consent. We reserve the right to return on order placed by third parties.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

Return requirements for returnable items:

Wedding Dresses, Suits, and other apparel: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker if applicable intact.

Shoes, Bags & Luggage: Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories (shoe-buckles, shoelaces, and dust bags, etc.) Shoes must have been tried only on a soft, clean surface.

Other categories: the items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging.

For hygiene or health reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, pyjamas, underwear, swimwear, jewellery and accessories (except for scarves, bags and mermaid blankets.)

Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Lilylaced products.

When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. If, we find that it does not meet the return requirements such as but not limited to washed, damaged, unsealed, activated, removal of the original tags attached, damage to the hygiene sticker, or any other situation we deem the product not suitable for resale, Lilylaced will not be able to offer you a refund. In such case, we will return the product at your cost. In this instance, we will deduct the return shipping fee of £2.50 in UK from the refunds of other items in the same order that have passed the quality inspection and are deemed refundable. If there are no such items or the refund amount is insufficient to cover the shipping fee, Lilylaced may at its discretion offer to bear the remaining  cost of return shipping as a gesture of goodwill.

In exceptional cases we may at our sole discretion, out of a gesture of good will, offer a partial or full refund on the returned item even if it does not meet our refund requirement instead of sending it back to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
